2012 was a great year to have a stay-cation in the UK and enjoy the summer revelries based on the Queen’s Jubilee and the London Olympics.  It was good to be an immediate part of, and provided may reasons to be cheerful, but the dismal Summer weather may well have reminded us why a holiday a bit further afield may be on the cards for 2013.
