Obtaining a Multi Trip Quote

Following the outbreak of the Coronavirus, there will no longer be cover for cancellation, abandonment or curtailment claims if the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises you not to travel, for example where the FCDO advises against all but essential travel to an area affected by Coronavirus, COVID-19, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-COV-2) or any mutation of Coronavirus, COVID-19 or SARs-COV-2.

You will not be covered by your travel insurance if you travel against the advice of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

This does not affect emigration policies or if you have a valid exemption from the travel restrictions such as travelling for paid or voluntary work.

Please complete the form below to obtain a quote for an annual multi trip policy. Our annual multi trip policy can cover multiple trips during the course of the year but each trip must be less than 31 days in duration as standard on our Bronze and Silver policies, and 45 days on our Gold policy. If planning a trip of over 45 days in duration we would only be able to cover this under one of our single trip policies. The start date of your annual multi trip policy should be the day you require cancellation cover from. Please note that in order to cover a cruise holiday you need to select the cruise option on the next screen.

Important

Information

Residency Requirement

We can only offer travel insurance to travellers who are residents of the United Kingdom. You must have a permanent residential address in the United Kingdom and unrestricted right of entry to the United Kingdom. We can only offer cover for trips starting in the UK which have yet to commence. Please get in touch if you have any queries regarding this. If you don't meet this residency requirement or you have already left the UK then please visit World Nomads who may be able to offer appropriate cover.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

Your policies may not cover claims arising from your pre-existing medical conditions so you need to tell us of anything you know that is likely to affect our acceptance of your cover. Please click here to find out more about our coverage of pre-existing medical conditions.

If your health or your ongoing medication changes between the date the policies were bought and the date of travel you must advise us on 0330 660 0563 as soon as possible.

Intention to Return

In the event of a claim, our underwriters may ask you for confirmation of your intention to return to the UK. Ideally this should be a return flight or the expiry of a visa which confirms that you intend to return to the UK by the end date of your cover. Click here for details about being able to prove your intention to return to the UK along with acceptable forms of proof. This does not apply if you are purchasing a one way (emigration) policy.

FCDO Travel Advice

Please note that you would not be covered under our policies if you are travelling against the advice or recommendations published by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office applicable at the time of your departure.
