Our First Class Worldwide Policy covers Storm chasing for those who are including this in their itinerary. Please note that storm chasing can only be covered if you are undertaking it as part of an organised group or tour. Also, we need to cover the entire duration of your trip. For example, if you are travelling for 4 weeks but only undertaking storm chasing during one of those weeks the policy is still required to run for 4 weeks (from the time you leave the UK until your return).

Maximum age to which we can offer cover is 79 yrs. We cannot provide cover for those domiciled outside of the UK.

Please ensure you read details regarding pre-existing medical conditions before purchasing cover. You will need to contact the screening line if you or anyone you are travelling with has ever had treatment for:
- Any heart or circulatory condition.
- A stroke or high blood pressure.
- A breathing condition (including asthma).
- Any type of cancer.
- Any type of diabetes.
You would also need to contact the screening line if, within the last 2 years, you or anyone you are travelling with has been treated for a serious or re-occurring medical condition, asked to take regular prescribed medication, or referred to a specialist consultant at a hospital for test, diagnosis or treatment.
Please also contact the medical screening line if you are waiting for tests or treatment of any description or if your regular prescribed medication has been altered in the last three months. Cover can only be provided to travellers who are currently resident within the UK and who have been resident and actually within the UK for at least 6 months out of the last 12 months. Also, cover can only be provided for trips starting and ending in the UK.
